I told you i'm finding images I like... You know I love this one <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/let…" width="15" height="15" alt=":P" title=":P (Lick)"/>
Ok.. First off composition. This is probably the main thing that sets this image out from the rest in your gallery. It's such a unique angle and pose, and really captures a wild and usually unseen aspect of behaviour. It's shots that 'tell a story' like this that are the most effective at grabbing the viewer, because it gives them something to focus their interest on. Like here for example - the viewer immediately wonders what this Serval is looking at, and why it's caught her attention so suddenly.
I also really like the inclusion of the wood on the left of the frame, which adds interest and fills in some of the gaps that would leave a much weaker image if it wasn't included.
As for colour, once again you caught it perfectly. The tones are bright and vibrant yet still lifelike without over-sharpening, and as with all your shots the eyes are bright, well lit and full of life, and perfectly in focus, with the bokeh drawing your attention to the subject.
Because this is a critique i'm going to have to look for somewhere to improve. Personally I don't find the nose perfectly sharp (which would have been nice) and i'm not sure about moving the Serval into the more central area of the frame, though it takes away from the space on the right..

Overall there's really not a lot I can find bad about this, and as you know it's one of my favourite shots of yours. It's a superb shot and is a real demonstration of the photographic skill you have. I really could see this in a gallery.
